Will my P6T SE be able to handle the 750 ti?

I've been looking into upgrading my graphics card for a couple of weeks, but i'm wondering if these specs will be able to handle it.
Psu: Cooler Master 600w silent pro
Cpu: Intel i7-920 @ 2.66ghz processor
Motherboard: P6T SE
