My parts list is as follows:

EDITED (12/6/2018)

https://www.pccasegear.com/wish_lists/826567/Project%20Joseph%202019

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700
CPU Cooler: Deepcool Gammaxx GT RGB CPU Cooler
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E
GPU: ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1070 Strix Gaming 8GB
RAM: Team T-Force Night Hawk RGB 3000MHz 16GB (2x8GB)
SSD 1 (for OS): Samsung 970 Evo 250GB M.2 NVMe SSD
SSD 2 (for games & files): Samsung 860 Evo 500GB SSD
HDD (for video and music): Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM006
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 10 600W Power Supply
Case Fans: Deepcool RF-120 RGB Fan 120mm 3 Pack
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P350X Tempered Glass D-RGB Black
OS: Windows 10 Home 32bit/64bit USB Drive

Additionally: 2 x Cooler Master 1-To-3 RGB Splitter Cables and Phanteks RGB LED Adapter Cable

I'd like to connect my: CPU Cooler, MOBO, GPU, RAM, Case Fans and Case with Aura Sync

I'd like to run games at over 60fps 1920x1080p at highest settings, animate using Adobe Flash/Animate and do some basic video editing with Premiere Pro and Camtasia Studio 9. I'd also like to use Office 2016 and do some web browsing and video watching.

Thank you.

1. Living in US?
2. Major usage other than gaming?
3. Cooler is overkill, MB has cheaper alternative but you want AURA sync. I have heard stories AURA sync interfere with some funcitonality. PSU can be cheaper but better since 550 is more than enough for the build. Not fan of inwin cases, EVO is more than enough for gaming/normal usage.

Not a fan of constantly cycling rgb colors in the case. Having static fixed colors is better in my personal opinion. To that effect :

Kraken X62, best aio for lighting hands down.

Delta rgb rams looks as good as trident z rgb but costs a bit less.

Gaming pro carbon has the right rgb effects in the right place to be actually visible and not be gaudy like the aorus from gigabyte.

Evga cards also has lit evga and GeForce lighting in the side and is just the right amount imo.

Now the one thing that got a bit extra rgb are the fans. Rgb visible on both the front and side face of the fans and perfect if placed 2 in the top and 1 in the rear.

The tinted TG of the case also displays the rgb brilliantly while not disturbing u sitting in the side.

Just add a led strip to highlight the case a bit and you are set!

Whilst I appreciate your ideas, suggestions and for putting the effort into forming a parts list for me, RGB is a very important part of the build to me and I would like the option to have them cycle and flow through Aura, if not Corsair Link.

Lucky_SLS and vapour, what do you two think of my updated parts list?

I removed wasted money from:

Corsair fans (CPU cooler was overboard as vapour mentioned and I only chose the case fans since they had LNP to sync with the AIO)
The In Win case which vapour also noted wasn't so happy with
Overboard PSU
Pro SSD

And used that money to upgrade:

My CPU (now i7-8700)
My storage (now super-fast boot and more SSD)
I saved a few hundred dollars
And everything is Aura Synced

Am I good to go?

You can remove the 970 Evo. Sata ssd is more than enough for gaming and 500gb is enough for both games and os mostly.

Spend the saved cash on 8600k, 1070ti gpu and a more beefier cooler like the coolermaster ma620p and a better psu like the evga g2, g3 or seasonic focus plus or corsair txm 650w
