Will my PC able to run BF4 to a good playable level for campaign and multilayer?

Will my PC (described below) able to run BF4 to a good or high standard level without any lags and bugs etc, etc ....., including multi-player???
Specs:-
amd cpu 8350 ((8 core 4-4.2GHz processor not over clocked) or call it 4 core with two threads each?!?!?!)
4 corsair vengeance rams total 16gb running at 1800mhz timing @ 9-9-9-24
XFX readon hd 7950 graphics card (3gb of memory,(okay not the best branded gpu to play with)
barracuda hard drive total 2Tb (nothing special HD)
Motherboard msi 970A-G46
internet is fibre optic runing at 20-40mb per sec with a ping in the uk between 4-20mhz)
dell monitor runs at 2mps 24 inch plus all the usual gaming bits,
