Question Will my PC be able run 1440p 144hz

Sorry if this question gets asked a lot but I'd like to know as when I get payed I'm thinking of buying the: ViewSonic Elite XG270QG
I'm just wondering how well my PC will hold up against some of the more demanding games.
My specs are:
CPU: I9-9900k
GPU: RTX 2080 (NOT super)
RAM: 32gb 3000mhz
I'm currently running a 144hz 1080p monitor and it's served me well over the years but I think it's time for a replacement.

It will handle it very well. I’m running a 3700X and 2080 Super and it performs brilliantly. It won’t do max settings at 144 FPS but dropping a few settings is not noticeable to me and then it can do 144 or close. I’m not overclocking my 2080 Super as I like keeping noise down. An overclocked 2080 should be darn close to a stock 2080 Super.
