Will my PC be able to run DayZ SA and can I make it any cheaper?

Thanks for saving me the $3 with the HDD but that motherboard is about $100 more than the one in my build. :/

Look at a h97 based board with good power phases for the cpu.

You are going to need to overclock your cpu because dayz is optimized like shit, so make sure you get an aftermarket cpu cooler.

Change your ram to two 4gb ram sticks for dual channel.

A gtx 760 is only a little slower but quite a bit cheaper.
A 280x is quite a bit faster for the same money.

Do you really need a $80 case when on a budget?

just get a 4460 if want something cheap but would perform the same - but if you want to overclock stick with the 4690k and get yourself a z97 mobo.

get a dual channel ram kit eg gskill ripjaws 2x4 gb 1600 cl9

and at 315 dollars might want to get yourself a r9 280x or a r9 290

This is the best I could do with your budget. PCPartPicker Australia. Maybe it will help you with some ideas.

you just removed the case to make it cheaper ahha..

anyway i got a i5 4460 and a msi h81-p33 mobo with 8gb of corsair vengeance and a HIS iceqx2 r9 270x and thats it, i can game on ultra preset 1080p and get smooth FPS 40-60 on latest games. (crysis 3, DA inquisition, Farcry 3 & 4)

the h81 mobo is like 50 dollars - at least that will make it a little cheaper than the h97 though the h97 has more better feature.

What?
