hello, if i pair a gtx 750 1 gb gddr5 with a pentium g2020 @ 2.9 ghz dual core and 4 gigs of ram, will my pc bottleneck performance in gta v?

Probably. GTA is very CPU dependent up to a point. I would try and go with an i3 at least.

No, that term gets thrown around way to much and you really only have issues if there like 5 years apart (or more) and your pairing a dual core with like a titan X. You should have no issues but be aware if your gaming @1080P you'll prob be running lower settings (maybe lower res) to play at a decent framerate.
