Will my PC Bottleneck?

Hi, I was looking to upgrade my Radeon HD 7770 to something way better like a GTX 980ti...

-Intel i7 3770k, 3.5GHz quad core, LG1155
-IPMMB-FM (Formosa), LGA 1155, 1xPCI expressx16 3rd gen
-12gb DDR3
-Radeon HD 7770, 2gb, GDDR5 (Pci express x16)
-600 Watt power supply with 2 PCI-E connectors

Now... would I get full benefit of the new GTX 980ti with my specs and be able to run games like BF4 ultra 60fps?Will my 3-4+ year old cpu and motherboard make the GTX980ti bottleneck? Thx

Your i7 will not bottleneck a GTX980ti, but your psu almost certainly will.
