Will my PC Build Run Well?

Hi, I was wondering if this build will run Skyrim fluently on ultra with mods.

If you are going to be running alot of mods you may want the 4Gb card I have seen the vram usage on my 770 go a bit over 2Gb in Skyrim. Also if you haven't bought the PSU yet you can get a 620w Seasonic for $60 on newegg or amazon. Other than that it looks good.

Yes, but if you want to try and get a good OC from the gpu I'd go with the MSI or Gigabyte version as they have better VRMs for overclocking.
