no there a few errors. the case is micro atx and your trying to use a full size mb. the ram should be 1600 or 1866 ram. the 1866 or faster should be used with amd cpu. the power supply is way under sized. should be a 550w to 650w unit. the dvd drive said 1/2 hight unit. make sure it a full hight drive to fit the whole front bay on a pc.
the mb is fine as long as the bios is 1006 or higher for that cpu.
