Hello, I normally have my PC on my desk but it is very big (Corsair Carbide 500r case) and I am upgrading to two monitors soon so i need the desk space so I have to put it on the ground. My PC gets moderately dusty on my desk over time but I just wipe it down and it's fine. My concern with putting it under my desk in the corner is, will it collect more dust on the inside? I have carpet but I put down a rectangular piece of glass that matches the size of the base of my PC perfectly so it wouldn't be on carpet suffocating the PSU fan. There was quite a lot of dust bunnies in the corner before I put my PC there but I vacuumed them all up including the floor around it so it was all clean. My only concern is, will my PC get extremely dusty after a short period of time with it being closer to the ground and such?

If you clean it once a month you'll be fine, my has been running on the floor for half a year with no dust issue. I think you should be able to tell by looking at it if dust is becoming an issue :)
Yes it will get dustier, extremely, that's probably a question of your tolerance for dust. Find something to place it on, like two bricks or something, that'll reduce the amount of dust getting sucked into it.

Like I said, I put a piece of glass underneath it so its on a hard glass surface not on carpet. Is that enough?

hmm, I can't think of anything to put under it that would raise it that much. Does this mean I will just have to clean it more often or is it risking my hardware? I can deal with cleaning it once a month but if it will damage my components I will find another solution. And no the glass sadly isn't that epic. Not very thick at all. I just put it there to prevent the bottom PSU fan from getting suffocated by carpet is all...
