Will my PC play the new Sim City?

Yes that is the same as HD 4000 but I can't really say how well it will run on any integrated graphics. But then with EA's current server problems it is hard to say weather you would even be able to play it anyway. I was really looking forward to the game untill I found out it has a alway on internet connection even on the single player version. It is another game I will not be getting.

I'm pretty sure that what they mean, but I'd still suggest getting a graphics card (assuming this is desktop), else you might as well skip the always DRM and connection issues and play SimCity 3 or 4.

Unfortunately, the GPU built into your processor is, to put it bluntly, crap. If you want to play games, you need to install a video card. That thing is never going to give you good results unless you're playing games from a few years ago.

You'll need at least a decent entry-level graphics card AFAIK.

However, given the current state of affairs with the server issues with their required internet connection DRM (even for single player), you might be unable to play no matter how good your computer is 🙁

Thanks for your help everyone. Well it seems there's no doubt about it....I need a graphics card. Any recommendations? I know barely anything about graphics cards these days, it's been so long since I bought one! I don't need anything super fancy as long as it will run Sim city well and it needs to be a low profile one. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Honesty I don't know what the big questions are all about. There are so many search pages on this question. I did some basic thinking... I thought if I can run tropico 4 modern times which actually has more system requirements than simsity 2013 believe it or not then I could run simcity 2013. So I took the risk based on the fact that I could also run CitiesXL without any problems. Works fine! My computer has adjusted everything for me... I would love to watch it play under 24inch screen but it auto adjusted a couple of inches because I don't have a graphics card. I have no system lag, no freezing, the graphics are fine. I am not a gamer and don't require high tech graphics. My partner sits next to me on her computer with a fully graphic gamer PC and honesty yes the graphics look at a tad smoother. We are currently creating our own worlds in sims. Don't believe everything that people say that you won't be able to run it. Am pretty surprised because everyone said I couldn't run tropico4 modern times or even CitiesXL. Here are my computer specs.
