Forgive me for being a total noob when it comes to technology, I built my current PC, but literally had a youtube tutorial next to me the whole time. I'm currently using a NVIDIA 780 GTX, 4GB, but really like the look of the 12GB the titan has!

The below is literally taken straight from the DXDIAG - and attempted to filter out the stuff that didn't seem important, so apologies if I've missed something overly important out!

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bi
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z87-HD3
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8080MB RAM

ALSO quick question about the upgrade, I'll be swapping out the Gigabyte 780GTX for a Gigabyte TITANX, so would I literally have to uninstall through Geforce experience (if not, how does one "upgrade" the graphics card on the PC)
