Hello, I want to know if my PC will run Fallout 4.
If it will, I'm sure that on low, but I hope on a bit higher parameters than low.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel i5-3350P 3.1MHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX650 1GB
Yep, they aren't good for new games.
If it could help, I can give more info.
Thank you.

Thank you for the answer!
It scaned my PC and almost all is good. The only problem is GPU - not enough video RAM. As I wrote earlier, I have 1GB of video RAM, but the minimum are 2GB. Will it run on near med settings or I will have to change textures to "soapy" ?

It's really hard to say for sure without trying it. It will probably run on low settings but at the same time you might be taxing the hell out of that card. For an enjoyable experience, I would look to upgrade to a 950/960

Yeah, I will try to run it when it comes out. I thought about upgrading it, but i don't have the possibility to upgrade it to 950/960. In my country I can get 960 for about 200-250 euro and 950 for 200-170. I just can't spend that much money.
Will GTX 750 Ti do it? Or can you suggest any other video card?

A 750 could meet the minimum requirement of 2GB VRAM but I would encourage you to be patient and save for a post-holiday sale for the 960. This will likely "future proof" you for some future titles. Also, waiting a few months gives Bethesda time to get the bugs worked out. It's something I've learned over time and experience. It may be difficult to wait but it will pay off in the long run.

This option gives you the option to find another 960 in the future and run two of them in SLI. The 750/950 series are not able to SLI

For example Asus GF GTX750 TI 2GB GDDR5 PCIE GTX750TI-PH-2GD5
Would this one do it if I can't spend much? I can get it for ~140 euro, It's still much money for me, but atleast It's not around 200 euro. =(

Thank you for your advice, I will think about this! Time isn't problem for me because I will have money in mid february. I hope that by that time I will have possibility to buy it.

Figured I'll play in the same thread ... I haven't played any games on the PC in a while (unfortunately with age comes lack of time) but I do want to play Fallout and am really leaning towards playing on PC vs XB1. Bought my PC 3.5 years ago (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1277082) and think some things probably are due to upgrading (if not just completely building new) - only thing that happened is I had to get a new board and power supply about a year ago when they both went (fried power supply).

i7 2600 3.4 - believe this should be fine
8GB (4+4) DDR3
550 Ti --- this will go, likely for a 980ti
Have 1tb hard disc -- was going to at least add an SSD

Any input or thoughts would be appreciated!

In my opinion almost all are good. 550 Ti is the minimum for Fallout 4, so will be better if you will take better or for example, as you suggested - 980 Ti. Also, i7 2600 - I would leave it as it is or take i5 4-th gen series.
By the way, link don't want to open for me, says Access Denied

Thanks - updated the link, think it was linked to my order so blocked somehow. And thank you for the input, I think I may go that route. Should I be looking into any sort of additional cooling for the CPU or 980?

Hmm.... About cooling I can't give you advice, because I know about it just a little bit.
About link, it still won't open. Maybe it is just for me, maybe not. This is what it gives me when I try to open it:

You could run Fallout 4 with all medium settings except texture quality.
The GTX 650 has a good amount of power to run the game but the 1GB VRAM is not suitable for medium texture quality or 1080p resolution.
Anything with a 'GTX' and 2GB of VRAM (and a quad-core processor, obviously) would probably run Fallout 4 with medium-high settings at 1080p.

Thank you for the answer!
I remember that my other PC has GTX650 Ti, but it's others specs are poopy. Would it be better if I will swap cards?
Edit: Shit, I forgot that it HAD GTX650 Ti, one day something went wrong and it broke, now it has GT630. So, still have to buy new one. =(

So, it runs pretty good on medium settings. The only problem - the game disappointed me. Expected more from it. Poopy dialog system, poopy "RPG" system and power suit in the begining =/. Also, bugs and bad optimisation. There is not support for 21:9 and 4:3/5:4 screens. Seems that's all. =(

Yeah, I was kinda surprised that you can get power armor so early in the game. Well... at least it now requires a power source so you cannot always use it.

The dialog is an interesting twist compared to previous Bethesda games since selecting one response can lock you out of the dialog tree for the other response options... kinda like real life.

I kinda prefer the Fallout 3 skill system since it is more of a classic RPG style where you assign points to skill to improve it as well as picking perks. I think I am currently level 7 and so far I have not selected any perks yet just to keep the game a bit challenging.

I have come across one bug so far... I cannot use the Tab key to access / exit my Pip-Boy and use it as a light source. The Tab key seems to work in all other situations though. I remapped the Tab key to the F1 so that I can use the Pip-Boy. It's rather annoying since the F1 key is not as easy to hit as the Tab key.

Oh...

I am currently running it on my laptop because for some reason my desktop is not turning on at all which happened this past Sunday. The power supply works since I tested it on another PC.

It runs okay on my Dell Latitude 3540 which has a Core i5-4200u, Raden HD 8850m (a little more powerful than the nVidia 940m) and 1080p screen. I am running it at 1600x900 resolution with medium graphic settings, textures is high, AA is off. Actor fade is max since I tend to snipe lot in Fallout 3 and I am doing that again in Fallout 4. FPS ranges between 30 FPS to 45 FPS from what I can remember.
