Will my PC run GTA V 60 FPS?

PC Specs:
AMD A8 7650k 3.3ghz
Kingston 8gb ram 1600ghz one stick only DDR3
R9 270 2GB DDR5
120gb SSD
1 TB HD
Windows 10 64 bit

Wanted to buy this game last year but my Parent's told me to get it when I am old enough...
This is a PC which I have bought second hand in Gumtree for $300 AUD. Which probably explains the crappy CPU. I am not sure whether this PC can run GTA V at 60 FPS at Normal settings or Low.

The last thing I want is to fork out $79 for GTA V and figure out that I can't run it. (Australia is a tough place to be for a PC gamer)

you should be able to run it but just not at max settings

dang that's pretty pricey for the game but ya you'll run it at mid settings fine
