Will my PC run MW3

Well here are my specs;

Motherboard: G33-DS3R

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @ 2.67GHz per core

Memory: DDR2 4GB RAM

Power Supply: 400 watts

GPU: XFX ATI Radeon 6670 800MHz 1GB PCI-Express HDMI

OS: Windows 7

How good would my PC run MW3 ? Would I be able to play on maxed settings on my maximum monitor resolution 1680x1050.
Or would I be able to play on relatively high settings, medium, or low.

You should be able to play on 1680 x 1050 on high settings. Becuase my cousin, he have an gaming laptop, with GT 555M graphics card. Which is a bit lower performance as your video card. He have 8GB DDR3 - 1333 MHz RAM, and i5-2410m CPU. His CPU a bit better than yours, RAM is about 2 times more, but those doesn't really matter. I think you should be able to play 1680 x 1050 on high, if possible, maybe you canmaxed out the game. But, don't put it on lower resolution. Put resolution as the first priority, gives better picture quality. Then put graphics settings. Don't put AA, i don't really see a difference, and don't do it on a lower performance computer because it will lag.

By the way, could you tell me how much of a difference the Frequency of the RAM makes ? I have 667Mhz. Your cousin has 1333MHz, which is double. Does this his laptop will load the game and maps twice as fast ?

I don't really think it matters. That will be depended on the Hard drive. A Solid State Drive, which is better than traditional hard drives, will be about up to 5 times faster than traditional hard drives. Most hard drives is about 100MB/s, and the fastest SSD's are about 550MB/s.
