Will my pc run these games?

I was just wondering if this pc would run games such as Arma 3, Day Z and Rust and if not what I would need to upgrade.

The pc specs are
2.6Ghz Quad Core Processor
4Gb DDR2 RAM
8800GTS Graphics Card

Yes it will run those games, my kids machine is almost the exact same thing and runs those games threw steam. You will have to play them on the lowest setting almost and have nothing running in the back ground. You might get some graphic lag in Arma 3.

Changing just the cpu isnt gonna help much performance wise on those games. If anything you would buy just a newer video card. Anything before that performance wise you have to change everything. Buying anything new that connected to that board you have to buy all new stuff because RAM is now DDR3 and DDR2 is almost double the price. New CPU's dont have the same pins as the ones from 5yrs ago.

So if you decide to upgrade anything for performance wise grab a decent $100 GPU anything you get from Nvidia 450GTX+ wise will be better and you can get a decent GTX 550 for $100 or so.
