Will My PC Support dual HDDS?

Hi, I have recently purchased this case http://www.microcenter.com/product/357902/Thermal_Master_Mid_Tower_ATX_Computer_Case_with_500W_Power_Supply
and this motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565
would it support dual HDDS? If so, how many HDDS/SSDS does the motherboard support, and do I need other parts to allow say, 5 HDDS?

Also, do I need a harddrive controller? I don't have one yet, but still want to run dual HDDS, both holding OS', but using storage on both.

Your case has two 3.5" internal HDD bays. Your motherboard has six SATA 3Gb/s ports.

While your motherboard could accept up to six HDDs/SSDs (minus any for optical drives), your case can natively only hold two. You would only need a hard drive controller if you were to use more than six hard drives.
