I am building a gaming pc for under £450 here's my list so far

I am not sure if the graphics card will fit this is the graphics card...

It says it requires dual width PCI slot I'm not sure if it does can anybody help I'm new to building computers and have little experience. I need all the help I can get but please consider the fact my monitor will cost £84.
Can you tell me how to resolve the problem that comes up on pc part picker

yes your setup is perfectly fine but there is 1 thing i would like you to change is your gpu.

Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card (£76.94 @ Scan.co.uk)
This card will definitely benefit you rather gtx 650.
Also, going through your set i can't see power supply in your build. Do you already have one?

I have not thought of what power supply to get. Because I need to see the wattage with the final decision on my graphics card.
My graphics card has a 2700 rating and 2139 benchmark on this website.http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_value.html
All I want the best graphics card for my money that will play games at a stable framerate on a full HD monitor.
This isn't a solution I don't know how to change it...

All graphics card are made according to PCIE slot standard, so there won't be any dedicated gpu that won't fit in your board. PCI-E cards are also backwards compatible with gen 2.x and 1.x PCIE slots of motherboard. XFX AMD Radeon 7850 2GB(the card you listed) is great card at that price. You should definitely go for it.
