You shouldn't need all those case fans, especially with that water cooler. I am curious why you included a $130 liquid cooler: is it for aesthetics or are you planning on overclocking?

No need for the artic silver I have no clue why people think they need that. If you dump all the extra fans that you can add later you can get much better performance for the same price using a GTX 1070.
