Will my PCI Express 2.0 X16 run the new AMD RX 480

I want the new graphics card that just came out (AMD RX 408) and i was wondering if my Motherboard (GA-78LMT-USB3 Socket M2/ AM3+) will be able to run it ,if it has no PCI Express 3.0 X16 but a PCI Express 2.0 X16 slot. my PC has a AMD RX 8320 processor, A max 500 watt power supply, AMD Radeon R7 200 series graphics card, 8 GB of RAM and windows 10.

Yeah, it's backwards compatible and it won't bottleneck it.
