Will my PNY Optima RAM work for a c2d 4300 overclock?

I'm buying a c2d 4300 with the gigabyte board... and I'm wondering...

will this RAM work for overclocking up to 3ghz on air cooling? Or do I need to purchase different RAM?

The RAM should run at least to DDR2-667 CL5, according to its specs.
