will my processor work fine with an GA-78LMT-S2

Yes as long as it's on the CPU compatibility list. Are you absolutely sure your processor is a phenom x3 64?

amd phenom 8650 triple core processor this is the one , http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103253 i guess it is not supported ?

It won't work because the motherboard is socket AM3+, the processor is AM2+ and it isn't on the list of supported processors.
