Will my psu be compatible with my Kabylake CPU?

So I just found out about psu and cpu compatibility, and was wondering if the Corsair RM550x/Corsair VS450W will be compatible with my I5-7500. It says on here( http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/rmx-series-rm550x-550-watt-80-plus-gold-certified-fully-modular-psu ) that it is "6th generation Intel® Core™ processor Ready (Intel Skylake and Z170 motherboards)"

It's the mobo you have to worry about with Kaby Lakes.

If the mobo is H110, Z170, or B150 it'll need a BIOS update

And the only way you can do that is with a Skylake CPU

Well I'm not the one building the pc, it's prebuilt by a retailer
So I assume they'll already have downloaded the BIOS update since my motherboard is an MSI H110 M PRO-VD
PS: It's a decent motherboard right?
