That system will have a very low power draw, 350w of even a brandless crappy power supply will do fine.

For CPU, RAM, Disk drives and fans you'll run less than 200watts. So, any old 350watt supply will do.

Now, if you want to add a video card to the system, that's where you will need more power. With 500watt for entry level cards or 600watts to power just about any SINGLE GPU....
