Yes you should be fine. I ran my FX 6300 OC to 4.5ghz and my HD 7870 on a Corsair CX 430w before i upgrade to 650w and i had no problem.

If its not enough your computer wont performance adequate and it will probably shut it self down due to lack of power

Ok, that I can deal with. If that happens, I can always put the 8600GT back in and pretend I didn't do an upgrade until I grab a better PSU
