will my PSU do for now

Hi all Im In the middle of upgradeing my graphics card. In my PC currently I have a quad phenom 2 2.2ghz 6gb ram 2 data HDD and 2 dvd_DL but can remove 1 if needed.
I just purchased a Radeon HD 5770 to go with it
I ha e in my system at the mo a xpower Atx_500 TD 500w PSU with a Max of 20a on the 12 volt rail now I know this is not a top quality PSU but it has been a trusty PSU that I ha e had for many years but never used it with a powered card.will my PSU be ok for now looking to upgrade soon. Thanks for looking

Radeon HD 5770 will work fine with xpower Atx_500 TD 500w PSU
