Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How old is the PSU in your build? I would swap it out for a new concurrent generation PSU.
Would this be a good choice?

be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM 750W 80 Plus Gold

And another question , if i wanted to upgrade my GPU in the future to GTX 3060 would this psu from be quiet be good ?

Yes it would. It has the necessary wattage for the card you intend to drop in as well as the necessary connectors for your platform. I'm not confident in your Seasonic unit since I'm assuming it's as old as the processor is during launch, not to mention the platform it's based on is old.

Thanks for the quick response, i have one last question:

If i upgrade ram , will it work with the new motherboard, is there a rule to it ? Can i put any ram in it ? I was thinking about this one for example

GOODRAM 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 IRDM X Black

Make sure you get a motherboard like this with the latest bios to support the 13600K. Other wise look for one that supports USB Bios Flashback if wanting to stay with Z690.

With the motherboard above should about any DDR4 ram work, best look between 3200C16 and 4000C18, would look at some 3600mt/sC16 (or C18) if possible, this is usually good price performance. Would myself stick to more known brands of ram like Crucial,G,Skill ,Corsair or Kingston, maybe Patriot, TeamGroup, Geil or Adata.
