My current rig:
MOBO: H61M-S2P rev2.0
Core i3 2100
MSI GTX 1050 Gaming X
8GB RAM
1 rear fan and 1 side fan
PSU: Seasonic s12ii 520w

Thank god I found a used i5 3470/3570 and a used i7 3770. I decided to go with the i5 3470/3570 cause the i7 is more expensive. Is it okay to upgrade?

Solution
It should be fine. How old is the PSU? If it's 3 or more years, I'd consider a new one just for the sake of completeness. The PSU was a great budget PSU in it's day, but might be losing some power and efficiency now.

The I5 3470 is a 77w CPU, and the I3 2100 is a 65w CPU. That small increase shouldn't be an issue.
