Question Will my psu handle this gpu?

Hello i have a evga psu it's 450w bt
will it handle either a Gtx 1660 ti or rtx 2060?
if not any of them what psu should i get
also my current system specs are:
Intel i3-8350k
AsRock RX 570 4GB
16Gbs of ddr4 ram geil
Asrock h310m-hdv Motherboard
EVGA 450 BT 80+ Certified
Windows 10 Pro
