Will my PSU run a 750 Ti

So i recently bought a GTX 750 Ti for my cousin for xmas... however after opening up his case i found he has a pretty shoddy PSU...

i was wondering if the Watt and Amps would hold a GTX 750 Ti

Not a great PSU quality wise , but yes it can run the card.
