current build:
intel core i5-4670k

8 gb of ram
1 tb western digital caviar black HDD

Solution
For a system using a single GeForce GTX 760 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

GeForce GTX 770 System Requirements: 500W or Greater power Supply.

450w is enough to do everyday things with your computer, but at full load, you'll be very close to maxing it out causing instability, system crashes, corrupted data or worse.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

The Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 450W (RS-450-80GA) power supply unit, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 35 Amps and with two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 760 graphics card.

Solution

I see you did a little bit research on it, thank you very much!

The PSU doesn't power the monitors so there's nothing to worry about in that respect.

The graphics card can drive up to four monitors if you want it to.
