Will my psu run this card?

Rail 12v /16amp

hmm... it would probably help if you told us what card and possibly the model of the power supply. but maybe im just crazy.

12v 16amp is a ~200W psu being generous on the rounding up. can't run anything requiring a pci ex power connector, maybe a gtx750 or lower - radeon 250

Probably don't really even need to know the brand. With +12V@16A and an oddball spec of 480W, I'm guessing we're dealing with a Logisys. I'd be maybe willing to connect that PSU to a colorful pinwheel, so long as it was just my backup colorful pinwheel and I wasn't overly attached to it because I was going to buy a new backup colorful pinwheel.
