Will my R5 1400 @3.85Ghz Bottleneck a GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti in 1440p 60Hz?

So I'm planning on getting a new GPU and a new 1440p Monitor. But I don't know if I should get a new CPU.

What do you guys think? Will it bottleneck?

Solution
The fastest GPUs are slightly handicapped by weaker CPUs, especially if planning 1440P at 144 Hz or sometthing beyond the lower R5's ability...; if at all possible, is an R5-1600 within realms of possibility? If stuck on a 60 Hz monitor, it won't make a difference, but, I'd rather overspend $100 now, than be looking at a new $300 processor for new games in a year....; especially with that GPU!

Thanks and Yeah I think I will go and get an R5 1600 and just sell my R5 1400 at a reasonable price.
