Will my RAM and CPU-cooler block eachother?

I'm building a PC for the first time, and in my research I found multiple sites that warn: 'make sure your CPU-cooler and RAM don't block eachother'. But.. how/where do I check this? Can one of you maybe help me?

The parts I'm planning to buy are
-Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H motherboard
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO heatsink/fan
-G.Skill Ripjaw X F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB, DDR3-1866, 1.5V) RAM

Apparently it's a problem if the RAM is too high profile, but I have no idea what's too much. Here's a picture of the RAM, will this be fine?

When you go to the CM and G.skill websites you will know, Ripjaw X RAM is 40mm tall, and the space is only 37mm under the fan for the 212evo. But if you move the RAM to the 2nd and 4th slots, you will be fine. If you don't but those RAM yet, get the low profile one.
