Does anyone know if my RAM will be compatible with my Motherboard and CPU?

Is the memory listed in the QVL(Qualified Vendor's List) for your motherboard? Is your motherboard listed on the Crucial website memory configurator as being compatible? If it isn't listed in either of those places, then no one is SURE it is compatible. Chances are it will work, but you won't be sure until you try it in the motherboard.

Also this is strictly a motherboard issue, the CPU has nothing to do with it.
