[SOLVED] Will my RAM bottleneck my GPU?

So, The Radeon RX 570 8 GB I ordered just arrived and I am about to apply it in my Computer case, But I was just wondering, If the performance does not be what I expected it to be, Is it the RAM? My PC is Dell Optiplex 7020 With Replaced power supply Crosair CX-550, Default Motherboard which is Dell 08WKV3 A00 , And with Core i5 4590, 8 GB RAM DDR3 1600 MHz, Radeon RX 570 8 GB (About to apply it), So please answer me as quick as possible.

8GB system RAM is fine. Usually, I recommend upgrading to 16GB when you spend more money on a GPU like an RX 590, GTX 1660 Ti, GTX 1070, etc.

No it won't. Ram bottlenecks the CPU & Storage (virtual ram) and those bottleneck the GPU.
8gb is fine if you aren't bottlenecked now, you won't be with the new card either.

There are a handful of newer AAA games that will stutter at times when using 8gb hence why they recommend 16gb. However these are the same games that will max out an older quad core cpu at 60fps.
