Will my ram, cpu, and motherboard work together?

I put together a part list for a new pc on pcpartpicker and it said everything was compatible, so I went ahead and ordered everything. The parts showed up, and on my ram it says "designed for amd ryzen platforms", but I got an intel processor. I checked the memory that my motherboard supports, and i didnt see my ram on there so I started digging around about whether or not ram not on the motherboards support list would work, and got mixed answers so now im asking. Would my ram, cpu, and motherboard work together? If not would i have to get new ram? Im new to this so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The motherboard QVL lists may not ever get updated.
I went to the G.skil ram selection app and entered your motherboard.
I was surprised to see that the model of ram you picked was not on the supported list:

You might contact g.skil to be certain; they have the expertise to know if there is some sort of an issue.
Or, you could change the order to pick a explicitly supported kit.

Your motherboard supports most any fast ram so you could pick something faster if there is no big price differential.
Faster ram is more important if your intention is to use the integrated HD630 graphics.

More than likely, the RAM will work fine with the motherboard. Intel does not have some of RAM compatibility issues that AMD CPUs do, so this is used as a marketing opportunity. The motherboard does have a QVL for memory, and just because it is not on that list does not mean it wont work, it just means it has not been tested.

If you decide to take the RAM back or it does not work for some reason, I would get RAM with 2666mhz speed instead of the 2133mhz. 2133mhz is the low end for DDR4 RAM speed and 2666 wont be more than a few dollars more, if that.

I like your choice of a Z370 motherboard even though a cheaper one would work with a I5-8400.
It preserves your option to upgrade later to an overclockable K suffix processor.
