Will my ram slots block Powercolor Red Devil RX 480?

I currently have a MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 motherboard. I'm thinking of buying Powercolor Red Devil RX 480 but the problem is that I'm worried that it will not get installed properly because of its backplate because of the ram slots. Will the ram slot be a hindrance in installing that gpu in the motherboard?
