as of now my proc and graph card are weak links... everything 5.3year old except SSD..

now im playing overwatch 1080 60fps (monitor cant go higher) with low/mid settings

im goin whole rig change in few months but thought i would buy graph card sooner and use it with this till it dies

The boost going to 1060 6GB from GTX660 is really noticeable as long as your processor is not holding the GPU back.
For most games incl. Overwatch, if your goal is only 60FPS, your I5 3570k is still very good.
On some games like BF1, even for 60FPS, your I5 3570k might a be a problem.

Any of those big brands (eVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI) will do.
Even the new guys like Palit, KFA2, Gainward are also good.
I have never had a big problem with any of them.

Well, I would pick as cheap as possible but still trying to find a decent cooling and I would ignore if it has RGB lighting or not.
I am not familiar with the prices on your part of the world, wherever that is.
KFA2 and Palit are usually the cheaper options, unless you can find special offers on ASUS, MSI, etc.
If you are still confuse, just take MSI 1060 6GB GamingX.

Thanks for answers,, i put all of them into favorites on that store site and check prices daily. Black friday in few weeks so i hope there will be some nice offers and go with best one price range there is from 280-390E
