Will my rig support a GTX 770?

I built a computer back in 2010 and am thinking of upgrading my GPU to a GTX 770. I'm primarily thinking of this one:

I'm curious to know if my current setup will work with this thing. I know it's quite massive, but at first glance it looks like I have the space in my tower. On a side note, I was also thinking of upgrading my CPU but it look like I may have went the wrong route on motherboards as I can't find any 1366 socket CPUs out there.
