Will my rig support a msi gtx 980

These are my spec:
i7 3770 3.4ghz
12GB ram
Motherboard Gigabyte B75M-D3V
Corsair Carbide Series® SPEC-02 Red LED Mid-Tower Gaming Case
PSU: Theramltake Toughpower 650W 80+ gold certified

I am mainly concerned about the msi gtx 980 GPU supporting my motherboard and fitting in my case.

With 4 x 18A +12V rails, that 3rd tier PSU should be able to handle the 165W gfx card and 77W CPU easily.
