Will my sager laptop run SKYRIM

Hello,
I have a custom sager 9260 with a Q9650@3GHZ, 4GB of ram, and 9800m GTX, well i had 2 in SLI, but one get burned i think, so I can only run one 9800m GTX.
I was considering shelling some money for a desktop, but this machine cost me so much, and I was hoping it can survive anther year, yet I have been waiting for skyrim for a long time
I plan on connecting it to my sony 40" LED, so wanna play at about 1920x1200.
Please tell me it will play ok,

I thought of getting anther 9800m GTX instead of the one that got burned , but sager told me that Nvidia stopped producing it and it is a very expensive card...??!!!
it is a risk buying it on ebay and it doesnt fit, and still shelling 800$ for an old card just for SLI is not a good idea. never noticed much differences when it was working anyways.

Some one told me that the 9800m GTX is very close to the 260GTX,.....
