Hello, I am planning on performing a expensive upgrade on my pc, what I need to know is if the three parts I have selected are compatible with each other and with what is left of my computer.

First up is an Intel I7 4770k (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Graphics-BX80646I74770K-Generation-Technology/dp/B00CO8TBQ0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417283853&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+i7+4770k#productDetails)

Then I intend to use a ASUS Z87-PRO Socket motherboard because it says it is compatible with i7 cores, while my current motherboard is not. (http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-Z87-PRO-Socket-4xDDR3-DisplayPort/dp/B00E5YYTZE/ref=pd_bxgy_computers_text_y#productDetails)

I then plan to add a single GTX 970 to my pc (http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-evga-gtx-970-sc-acx20-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1140mhz-boost-1279mhz-1664-cores-1x-dp-1x-dvi-1x-hdmi)

So, once again I will state that I need to know if all of these parts will work together. It would also be nice if someone were to find out how much power these parts would use, so I can get an idea on what kind of power supply i would need.

With the parts you have provided, it comes up to 299W, with the rest of the parts you will put in, you'll probably get close to or over 400w. If you don't want power issues, I'd get this PSU, should be more than neough for your systems, only $60-70 too.
