Will my setup run 'next-gen' titles?

I have:
i5 2320 Quad-Core @ 3.00GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5 Low Profile
Will I be able to run games coming out in the next year, such as: Watch Dogs, DA: Inquisiton and Witcher 3?

Not really, get a better card with at least 2GB ram. PS4 has a 7850 inside, so your system is not as powerful, get a 760, R9 270 or 280X.

The main problem with that is I have a small case. The dimensions are '36.7 x 27 x 10 cm', and my current graphics card is only squeezing in as it is. I'm not completely sure what my options are, other than getting a new PC, which inst really on the table at the moment. Any advice?
