Will my specs be okay for twitch streaming?

My pc is Intel Core 2 Quad q8200 2.33 -
8GB DDR2 PC2-6400 -
EVGA GTX 750 1GB GDDR5. I tried to stream before with 4gb of ram but it was laggy and stuttery with OBS. Would these specs be okay for 480p-720p streaming? Also, What software is the best?

alright 5 mbps is good for 720p but not 1080 and defiantly get a upgrade on the cpu and obs is the best

Okay. Even if I stream CS: Source or Poker Night I need a better cpu?
