Will my SSD work in different computers?

Basically I just want to know if I configure my brand new SSD to windows 7 and install all the drivers on one computer, is it possible to use the same SSD on another computer?

if the motherboards are similar, yes. otherwise you'll get a blue screen while loading the os on the new pc. this can be fixed if you install the second motherboard's drivers too on the windows from the ssd.
