Will my system be compatible with the rx 460?

I have the 280 watt ''fsp280-40epa'' PSU.
i5-4460
8g ram
1T hard drive
r7 240 (uses 75W)

Will this setup work with the rx 460 (no 6pin) that also uses 75W?
It says that it need a 400watt PSU, is that true? Or will my computer be able to run it?

It should be able able to run fine since it runs below 75W and can draw power from your motherboard, and considering you have an r7 240 working I'd think it work. However I would buy a 400 or 500 W PSU to be safe

The recommended power is a decent 350w - 400w.
