Will my system bottleneck 1080GTX?

It's an i5 4670k @ 3.4ghz.
MSI Z87-G45
650W PSU (Albeit 2 years old but still runs cool, wondering If I should upgrade)

I really want to finally get a good GPU instead of this crappy 770 2gb ram and wondering if the new card will bottleneck it at all? Even the slightest bit?

No it should not especially at 4K and 1440p. Also that is a decent motherboard and an unlocked Chip, you can always OC a bit. that is a perfectly fine CPU. what brand is that PSU?

i hate newegg site , i live in uk and if i wanted to order say 50 usd part they will charge me alot to deliver

that PSU will be okay. certainly not worth buying a new one right now.
