Will my system bottleneck and if so how bad?

I am looking forward to getting a GTX 970 4GB but wondering how it would run with my cpu that is
AMD 4300 Quad-Core 3.8ghz.

When playing CPU intensive games,it will be a big bottleneck,but when playing less demanding games,it will bottleneck only slightly.

I would upgrade your CPU to a FX 8150/8320. (Assuming your power supply is god enough)

Your going to get major bottlenecking, how much depends on the resolution you game at and how much you overclock it. The max I'd recommend for that CPU is a GTX 760. I'd highly advise you upgrade your CPU.

yes the gpu will get bottlenecked to avoid a significant amount of bottlenecking you can oc the cpu to as high as you can.
