Hello, I have a Ryzen 7 2700 and RTX 2080 TI, is there is bad bottleneck?

And that is the usual thought process, but actually incorrect.

First off, that is a pretty reasonable system.
Secondly, a "bottleneck" does not slow things down. It simply means one part can't let some other part reach its full potential.
